In-store pick-up is done at the Deco Surfaces head office at 4220 Desserte Sud, Highway 440 West, Suite 200, Laval, Quebec, H7T 0H3. It is necessary to have the confirmation of the order to be able to pick it up.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the product and the delivery address. It will be a fixed fee of $ 50 for 50 km around our address indicated above in Laval. For the rest of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick, there will be a pre-authorization of $ 350 and a member of our team will contact you to inform you of the delivery costs.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving or picking up your order, upon presentation of the original receipt. Unused product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
