If the product ordered does not suit you perfectly, we accept a return within 7 days following the reception or the pick-up of your order. Note that there is a 30% restocking fee of your total amount. Please note that these fees are for online orders only! To make a return :
- You must complete the online form and specify the reason for your return.
- It is essential to take pictures of the product or the damaged box from different angles.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- You must ensure that you do not obscure the information on the box.
- The required packaging method will be sent to you by email and it is your responsibility to follow it.
- Return the product with the order confirmation and the loading slip.
- Only full boxes will be accepted for return.
- A restocking fee may apply in some cases.
- Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable and you must return the merchandise at your expense.
- No return or refund will be accepted for special orders and final sale items.
- Deco Surfaces will not be responsible for breakage during the transport of your return.
- Any damaged merchandise during its return will not be refunded.
- You can return the goods, by your own means, directly to the warehouse of Deco Surfaces in Laval, to avoid transport costs.
Method of payment for a refund
Once the merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be made, according to the method of payment used during your purchase.
Deco Surfaces reserves the right to refuse a return of merchandise whose packaging or general condition of the product is damaged, altered or washed. The boxes must not be torn or in poor condition.
The above return policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
Avoiding a return
- If you have a surplus, you can keep it to replace your ceramic, in case of breakage.
- You can keep your product for another piece.
- Be sure to measure the surface of your room in order to order the right quantity.
Cancelling your web order
If your order has already been processed, it will be impossible to modify or cancel it. A return request can be made online once you have received the merchandise ordered.
